Guided by the esteemed Dr K Rajagopal, former professor and head of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Yenepoya Medical College Hospital, and co-guided by the esteemed Dr Devina E Rodrigues, a distinguished professor at Father Muller College of Nursing, Frank has emerged as a force to be reckoned with in the realm of academia.
Reena Wilma Frank engaged in research activities, meticulously collecting data even in Covid times and following up with her patients, and passionately advocating for the health and well-being of women.
Her groundbreaking research, encapsulated in her thesis titled ‘Effectiveness of Resistance and Aerobic Exercises on Glycemic Control and Maternal Outcomes Among Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in Selected Hospitals, Mangaluru, India,’ will revolutionize the field for sure.
