Uddav, Raj Thackeray to Protest Together

Mumbai, Jul 28: Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray and MNS leader Raj Thackeray who are estranged cousins and political rivals will take to the streets of the city on Thursday July 28 in support of the mill workers’ cause.

Ever since Raj Thackeray quit Shiv Sena six years ago, this will be the first time that he is on the same side as his cousin Uddav.

They are expected to participate in the protest demanding free housing for the lacs of mill workers of Mumbai who have been struggling to be heard for over a decade.

The march will start from Byculla in central Mumbai and proceed towards Azad Maidan where it is likely to culminate into a public meet. Hundreds of former mill workers and their family members are also expected to join in.
