Mr. Ashish. Very good observation/suggestion. Unfortunately no govt/political outfits are not interested in this for political benifits.

Imagine an uppe caste man or group doing this to a Dalit! An FIR under the Scheduled Tribes ( Atrocities) Act, 1989 will be slapped on them. But that Act does not apply if one Dalit group does the same thing against another group or individual of that Dalit community!. Government should think about it. There must be some way to bring those dalit elders under the Act, or some other section of the IPC should be resorted to, if possible.

Unfortunately the act is most misused law..and are used to blackmail people. So many who are falsely implicated in the cases have committed suicide. I think a severe punishment for misuse of act and fake SC certificated especially by converted dalits should be implemented

Whats happening in this community?First they complain that other religion or community dont respect them dont give equal rights. Now they themselves are in clinch?Best example to their children.Specially who is in Muncipality?Throw him out when he continues this or transfer him so that other family have peace.

Too much free bies and reservation given to them has made them lazy and misuse of law is very common to them. They misuse their dalit tag more than other upper caste.... Upper caste don't flaunt their caste like them... Disgrace to the society... High time to ban reservation based on caste and SC ST act should be abolished.

manuvada abhi bhi zinda hai....equality and fundamental rights are only on books and uttered in speeches of politicians...very difficult to believe that a country that has sent man on moon is still in stone ages when it comes to social equality....

This is quite inhuman ... It will have a telling effect on the children... Hope authorities will interfere and sort out the differences between people...
