Mumbai, Jun 29: Actress Akanksha Chamola opened up about her personal life and separation from actor Gaurav Khanna during the latest episode of Lock Upp Season 2, revealing details about their relationship and future plans.
During the episode, Akanksha was seen complimenting contestant Harshad's physique. When she praised his biceps, Harshad jokingly said, "Gaurav will hit me."
When Akanksha asked if he was scared of Gaurav, Harshad smiled and replied, "Haan thoda."

After Harshad left, Shreya commented that Gaurav would not react that way. Akanksha then asked her to keep their conversation private, saying she did not want to make the matter public.
Shreya later asked Akanksha if she was planning to fall in love again. Akanksha said she was not thinking about it at the moment and wanted to take time for herself.
"I got married when I was really young. I was just 24. So, I haven't really enjoyed my freedom much. And after ten years of being in a good relationship, I'll have my free time to explore. So I don't want to get into something else," she said.
Shreya expressed her wish for Akanksha and Gaurav to reconcile, saying, "I want you guys to come back together."
During the launch episode of the reality show, Akanksha had made a revelation about her separation from Gaurav, stating that the couple had been living separately for nearly a year.
She clarified that the decision was mutual and there was no bitterness between them.
"It was a mutual decision. We've been sitting on this for the last one year. Things are not bad between me and Gaurav. We still talk to each other. We both don't think that we are compatible as partners because we both see very different futures, and unfortunately, it's not with each other. So, there's no bad blood between us," she had said.
Akanksha also explained why they had kept their separation away from the public eye earlier. She said their families believed they were taking time apart to resolve issues, as the couple continued communicating, attending events together and supporting each other.
She added that although their bond remained respectful, the feeling of being a married couple was no longer present.
Akanksha Chamola and Gaurav Khanna got married in 2016 in a grand wedding ceremony in Kanpur.
