Moodbidri: Week-long Drama Fest 'Natkas Natyotsav' Concludes at Bhuvanendra College

Moodbidri, Aug 8: "Dramas indeed promote love for humanity and brotherhood," said Professor B Padmanabha Gowda, principal, Bhuvanendra College.

He was speaking at the valedictory ceremony of 'Natyas Natakotsav', a week-long drama fest held at the College here, in association with Karnataka Natak Academy and Nama Tuluver Tulu Sangatan, Mudrady, on Sunday August 7.

Professor Gowda urged the education institutions to develop the personalities of students by allowing them to choose their area of interest.

The College students' welfare union president Raghavendra Achar, in his chief guest's address, said that the Natyotsav was a successful programme with many top dramas being staged on the occasion.

Karnataka Nataka Academy member Sukumar Mohan was present on the dais. Dramatist Jayaprakash Mavinakuli compered the programme.
