Mumbai, Aug 8: Main accused in the Neeraj Grover Murder case, Jerome Matthew who has been serving a ten year sentence in prison has sent a legal notice to film maker Ram Gopal Verma on Saturday August 6 for portraying him in negative light in upcoming movie 'Not a Love Story'.
The notice said that all the publicity materials should be withdrawn within 24 hours and the release of the film should be stopped, failing which, Ramu will face legal action.
Matthew accused Ramu and producer Sunil Bohra of believing media inputs without verifying the facts about the case.
The notice said that Matthew had enough and more evidence that the movie was based on the murder case that took place on May 7 2008. The notice also said that if the movie is released, it will hamper the image of Matthew's family.
RGV said that his legal team has been studying the notice and will refute in a couple of days.
Bohra said, "My film is a fictional one. I don't know why, first Maria and now Jerome have sent us legal notices".
