Actress Preity Zinta chats with Akshay Kumar for new show


New Delhi, Aug 10 (IANS) Actress Preity Zinta has started shooting for her new chat show, and her first guest was action star Akshay Kumar, who she said was very humble.

"Just finished the first day of shooting 4 my show! It was so nice 2 chat with Akki ! Full marks 2 him 4 being so amazing and humble Ting!" Preity posted on her Twitter page Monday.

Preity and Akshay worked together in movies like "Sangharsh" and "Jaan-E-Mann: Let's Fall in Love... Again".

Her yet-to-be-titled chat show is for new channel, UTV Stars, which will be all about Bollywood. The 36-year-old had last week asked Twitterati to suggest a title for her show.

"What should my show on UTV Stars be called? Pls don't say The Preity Zinta Show cuz I want u all 2 be original so .....!" she had tweeted.

But she is yet to finalise a name.

"We are yet to finalise the name of the show so pls don't stop sending name options!" she wrote in her latest post.

In fact, her filmmaker friend Karan Johar, who hosts the popular celebrity chat show "Koffee With Karan", suggested that she should call her show - "TEA with PREITEA!!!"

The show is reported to be being produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chilies Idiot Box. It is expected to go on air Aug 27.
