Police are supposed to chase if they find any unusual driving. If the students have done any illegal activity, there is no need of speeding and die like this.

More frequent news of under 18s getting into accidents these days. More than anything the parents are responsible for such behaviour and allowing children with no legal licence to take vehicles on roads - its a common sight around mangalore and malabar area to see such youngsters ruling the roads sadly.

The whole of Kerala State has a controlled traffic system with more than 785 speed cameras installed in specified areas. despite roads are not developed since decades they are now upgrading to 4 & 6 lane highways. i think this was a case of overspeed a fine that attracts 1.5k. limited speed is 60 for two wheeler & 90 for 4 wheelers. recently since June they have revised speed limits.
