Singer Raghav Debuts in Bollywood


Mumbai, Aug 10 (IANS): Canada-based R&B singer Raghav is making his singing debut in Bollywood with the upcoming comedy film "Hum Tum Shabana".

Raghav will be singing the title track of the film. Composed by the music director duo of Sachin-Jigar, it is a hybrid of eastern and western vocals, said a statement from the producers.

"Hum Tum Shabana" stars Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Minissha Lamba and has been directed by Sagar Ballary.

Raghav had a successful debut album "Storyteller" (2003) with hit songs like "Let's Work It Out", "Can't Get Enough" and "Angel Eyes" that were popular in India and the UK.

After his second album "Identity" (2009), his third album "The Phoenix" was recently released.
