Mumbai, Aug 10: G T Acharya, metro’s veteran social activist, was unanimously elected new managing trustee of the historically famous Jagadamba Kalabhairava temple in suburban Jogeshwari during the annual general body meeting held here, recently.
Trustees Shankar D Poojary, Sundar C Poojary, and chief priest Radhakrishna Bhat were present on the dais.
Past president M C Suvarna presided over the meeting. Sanjeev P Poojary (secretary), D T Kunder (treasurer), H Babu Poojary and D T Kundar (committee members), Suresh B Kotian Padubidri (president of executive committee), Sadanand G Amin Jogeshwari (secretary), Sudhakar Shetty, Raghavendra Shanbagh, and Ashok Acharya (heads of Bhajan committee) are the committee members.
