Sullia: Miscreants damage equipment, books at Paimbecchalu school

Sullia, Oct 26: Unidentified miscreants damaged books and other equipment at Paimbecchalu government lower primary school of Aletty village using iron rods inserted through the windows.

The miscreants opened the window through the water tank and put all the books on the table down on the floor. On Wednesday, when the school teacher opened the door, the act came to light. It is learnt that none of the equipment is stolen.

SDMC and local panchayat members were informed. They in turn informed the police. Sullia police, who arrived on the spot immediately, have registered a case and are investigating further.
