RIP!! In this place anything can happen anytime due to utterly shoddy and unsafe infrastructure even though it's a small city; if one calculates the amount of accidental deaths from varied reasons; it's very much high for a city with such a small population and population density! Looks like this business was being run by someone from the North! Hope the next of kin of this young boy get compensated!
