Puttur: Mammoth tree falls on road, pedestrian escapes miraculously

Puttur, Nov 9: A huge tee got uprooted and fell in the morning on Thursday in the taluk.

The incident occurred at Parladka Kallimar. The road connection between Parladka and Kallimar is blocked due to the falling of tree.

A pedestrian who was walking on the road escaped miraculously.

The forest officials who arrived on the spot, got the tree cleared and allowed smooth movement of vehicles.
