Udupi: Perversive Instagram hate post by fanatical account hailing quadruple murderer; case filed

Udupi, Nov 16: An Instagram account of religious fanatical disposition has posted a hateful, perversive, inciting and inhuman post hailing Udupi quadruple murder accused Praveen Chowgule as a king who has achieved a world record by murdering four 'Muslims' in a matter of 15 minutes.

The post in Tulu language from Instagram account titled 'hindu-mantra' which roughly translates, "No one should dare to come near 'our' women. Likewise we will also keep away from 'them'." The image of Praveen Chowgule lifted from daijiworld.com is photoshopped with a crown on his head.

The Udupi CEN police who came across this post immediately swung into action and registered a cyber complaint against the post under crime number 140/2023, IT Act section 66 and 505 (2) of IPC, Udupi SP Arun Kumar said.

Udupi police have also filed a FIR in CEN police station against the perversive account's administrators.

A particular organization has a history of introducing communal narratives and engaging in divisive politics when faced with allegations of corruption and misconduct. They are trying to deviate attention from Instances such as the corruption related to the Parashuram statue and the increasing awareness among Shudras and OBCs serve . Another tactic involves using certain surnames in social media to spark conflict among communities; The brainless Shudras are easily instigated. . The biggest threat to unity of India is casteism and divisive politics in the name of religion.

    Dear All Readers, Let's show our total solidarity to the remaining members of this family. Let's mourn along with them on total loss of their loved family. 30 years of self sacrifice at Saudi, only for the sake of his family, wife sacrificed here and brought up the beautiful children without husband, children now grown up and just beginning jobs, cheer and happiness of total sacrifice in the family seeing the fulfillment and upbringing of family should have been the time to celebrate and suddenly lightning strikes and murdered within 15 minutes wiping out this lovely family. Who sacrificed and who is he to kill? What must be the mental status & trauma of that poor husband and son? So cruel world. What must have been the tragic final moments of the deceased. Let's be sorry and sympathetic. Let's be united with this tortured and torn family. Let's show humanity, help and support for this family at this most difficult time. Who knows? Today is theirs and tomorrow might be our's in various ways. Love, kindness, help, solidarity and humanity is God if we love god. Nothing else is greater than these basic human virtues, instincts and values, the very reason we are born in this world. The whole humanity is with you dear Noor Mohammed and your son at your irreparable loss and praying for you. Take courage.

    There is an inherent caste based, religion based slurs inherent in our language and daily routine. For every identity we have a slur. This attitude of identifying us vs them at every level; which actually deserves to be celebrated and not abused using slurs. Not sure it is fanatical because, there is no strong base for such fanaticism while it being manifestation of tribal mentality which refuses to go even after education and is just a way to articulate one or the other frustration. What happened there is totally unacceptable and seems to be money issue and some useless people are trying to give a religious color. In the whole incident there only one color viz., that of blood which was needlessly spilled.
