Individuals engaged in moral policing should be incarcerated for a minimum of five years. Such behavior should be deemed unacceptable in any civilized society. Consider if the kids targeted were your own children. Can you confidently assert that your own kids have never engaged in similar behavior? Individuals of this kind, with such low moral standards, should not be tolerated and have no place within our society.
