When will anyone realise it that learning too swim at early age is a must, as it can help save your lives or may be it can help to save others. You may neveer know those others can be your future family members. So always try to send everyone even girl children to learn swimming

There is quite a possibility he did not know how to swim, did not bother hiring a coach and tried to move towards deeper ends. Or that he was drunk. Both sort of instances have happened before. No matter how much the lifeguard yells or whistles not to do heroics, people still want to.

Accidents are accidents. We don't need life guards every time everywhere. if you are that caring ask for safe driving and travelling .
