Man Arrested at Celine Dion's Home

Montreal, Sep 7 (IANS): A man has been arrested for breaking into singer Celine Dion's home in Canada, and stealing food.

Daniel Bedard allegedly trespassed into the Dion's Montreal mansion Monday and stole food from her refrigerator.

Dion, 36, then called the police, who later arrested Bedard on the spot and charged him with breaking and entering the house, auto theft, and causing property damage, reports tmz.com.

"He opened the water faucets, was pouring a nice warmish bath (and) he even managed to eat some pastry that was in the fridge. The suspect was coming down the big staircase and was asking, 'Hey guys, what are you doing here?'" said Police spokesman Franco Di Genova.
