Mangalore: ESI Hospital Superintendent Suspended

Mangalore, Sep 24: Gopalakrishna, superintendent of ESI Hospital at Bendorewell in the city, has been suspended from service by the secretary of the labour department of the state.

He was facing complaints of sexual harassment from some women employees of the hospital. There were also allegations that Gopalakrishna had converted a ward in the hospital into his residence, although he had been allotted quarters separately.
