Mangaluru: ‘Patanjali Dhanvantari’ award presented to Dr Srilatha Shetty

Mangaluru, Feb 21: Dr Srilatha Shetty who provides Sanatana medical treatment at Mangaluru was presented ‘Patanjali – Dhanvantari’ award during the 45th annual international convention of the Indian institute of oriental heritage held at Rabindra Bhavan auditorium, Calcutta on February 17, 2024.

The award was presented considering the Sanatana Ayurvedic treatment being provided by Dr Srilatha Shetty for the last 30 years together with the practice of medical astrology, Reiki, meditation and spirituality. Dignitaries from inside the country and abroad had participated in the convention.

Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage of Calcutta is the organization of research in Ayurveda, Yoga, religion, astrology, Reiki, Veda, Upanishad, education etc. It has become popular for having preserved and nurtured the traditional practices.

Dr Srilatha Shetty had been providing Ayurveda treatment through Vishwa Vaidya Ayurvedashrama, Vamanjoor, the outskirts of Mangaluru in the past. She has a Vishwavaidya clinic at Paradise streak, Bejai, Mangaluru at present.
