Mangaluru, Mar 5: The city is all set to be enchanted by the captivating tunes of retro Bollywood melodies as Gopi Kamath, a celebrated musician, guitarist, and singer from the UAE, brings his exceptional talent to the city. Alongside his team of skilled musicians from Bollywood, including the esteemed violinist Ranga Pai, a recipient of the state award, and the talented Marathi playback singer Anushka Chadha, Kamath is set to dazzle music enthusiasts with ‘Evergreen Melodies’ on March 9 at 7:00 pm in Hotel Moti Mahal Convention Hall.

Gopi Kamath, Jerry D’Mello and Reena Pinto revealed the details of the much-awaited show during a press meet at press club on Tuesday March 5.

Gopi Kamath is renowned for his versatile musical abilities, seamlessly transitioning between vocals, guitar, keyboard, and harmonica. His repertoire predominantly features retro songs from the golden era of music, known for their soulful and romantic lyrics that resonate deeply with audiences. Not limited to Hindi melodies, Kamath also delivers captivating performances of retro English songs. Hailing from Udupi, he infuses the show with a rich blend of Kannada, Tulu, and Konkani songs, adding a unique regional flavour.

As both performer and compere, Kamath ensures an engaging and interactive experience for the audience, keeping spirits high with his witty banter and lively interaction.
