Mangaluru, Mar 16: The president and members of Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy and Karnataka Konkani Sahitya academy were appointed. The president of Byari Sahitya Academy was also appointed.
Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy is led by Jochim Stany Alvares. Fr Prakash Madtha S J is the member for Bengaluru. For Dakshina Kannada, the members are Ronald Crasta, Dr Vijayalaxmi Nayak, Naveen Lobo, Sapna May Crasta and Samartha Bhat. Sunil Siddi is member for Yellapura, while James Lopez for Uttara Kannada. Dayananda Mudyekar for Karkala and Pramod Pinto for Chikkamagaluru.

Tharanath Gatty Kapikad is appointed as the president of the Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy. The members for Dakshina Kannada district are Prithviraj, Kumbra Durgaprasad Rai, Mohandas Kottari, Akshay R Shetty, Shailesh bin Boja Suvarna, Kishore bin Guddappa Gowda, Booba Poojary, Rohitashwa U Kapikad and Nagesh Kumar Udyavar. For Udupi Santhosh Shetty is the member.
Ummer U H is nominated as the president of Byari Sahitya Academy.
