Karnataka has become the most arid state in the country surpassing Rajasthan (today's Deccan Herald); situation of majority of the farmers is very precarious due to total crop failure; the centre still not releasing distress relief funds despite repeated pleadings is a gross injustice to the suffering farmers of the state for no mistake of theirs!!
