Udupi, Apr 18: Tragedy struck on the national highway (NH) between Udupi and Kundapur on Thursday April 18, as a two-wheeler rider lost his life in an accident.

The victim, identified as Krishna Ganiga, a resident of Heroor, was traveling from Santhekatte to Brahmavar when the accident occurred. The incident took place in an area where road repair work had led to traffic diversion, reducing the road to a single lane. Nobody is bothered about the safety of the common citizens; they are only important around the time of voting; after that, their condition is worse than street 🐕; pathetic state of affairs in third world places..

One should be responsible for their own safety. All two wheeler riders think that their safety is others responsibility.

L management When elections are coming these so called politicians come alive and start all kind of road development works Without proper planning they just start to do these work That's why these accidents are happening In that same spot there were 2 other accident happened today itself but those people were not injured by god's grace . Action should be taken against such contractors who don't have proper idea and work as puppets of government. A college going kids would have planned well before starting the working. Grow up kiddo contractors
