Udupi: BJP issues disciplinary notice to 4 office bearers for anti-party activities

Udupi, May 28: Elections for the Northwest Graduates’ Constituency and Northwest Teachers’ Constituency will be held on June 3.

The BJP has issued disciplinary notices to four party office bearers for supporting an independent candidate against the official BJP candidate. The individuals identified are BJP district vice president Mahesh Takur, Kaup Mandala vice president Upendra Nayak, district Yuva Morcha vice president Roshan Shetty, and district Minority Morcha chief secretary Junaid.

The party stated that engaging in anti-party activities while holding official positions is unacceptable. The notice demands that the office bearers submit their clarifications to the BJP district president within the next 48 hours for violating party discipline.
