Shocked and immensely saddened to hear of the passing of our dear cousin Anand. Watching the funeral live on youtube brought home to us the immense love and reverence, trust and gratitude the people of the province, and especially from Kohima, had for Fr Anand. He visited us while doing his doctorate at Creighton and also on a recent visit to the US. We were looking forward to making a trip to visit him in Nagaland later this year but it is not to be. Dear Arun, Anil and Anoop and your families, our hearts and prayers go out to you. With love from Sandra, Odette, Carol and Neville Lobo.

I join my brother Neville above in sending our deep and warmest condolences. We are stunned and heart broken with ( first cousin) Fr Anand's passing so suddenly and far too soon. We watched the funeral live and we witnessed the immense love and immense grief of the people he served so lovingly and so well. His visited us in the US and his face lit up with the greatest love , respect and enthusiasm whenever he talked of the people of Kohima. We were hoping to visit him on our next trip to India, as Arun did. To Arun, Anil, Anoop and your families : the Lobo family sends all our love and prayers 🙏🏽❤️

He was a bright and energetic Jesuit priest and the people of Assam loved him. When he was ordained in 2000 many from Nagaland came to Mangalore to grace the occasion. God called him too early. May his soul RIP. Miss you Fr. Anand.
