Kadaba, Jun 28: A railway contractor’s car got stuck in a rivulet while attempting to cross on the zilla panchayat road at Naradka on Thursday.
The old bridge built by the railways across the Naradka rivulet on the Zilla Panchayat Road, which connects Nettana from Subramanya Cross Railway Station via Kenjala, Kolkaje, Odoli, and Naradka of Kombaru village, is broken. The railway contractor was driving through the rivulet when the car got stuck.
Later, with the help of locals, the car was pulled out of the rivulet.
