Mangaluru: Paldane Church observes Vanamahotsava with educational talk on reptiles

Mangaluru, Jul 15: The ICYM unit of St Theresa Church in Paldane celebrated Vanamahotsava on Sunday, July 14, with an educational talk focused on reptiles.

Reptile expert Snake Kiran from Bantwal was the keynote speaker, sharing valuable insights into the ecological importance of snakes and providing conservation tips. The event underscored the critical role reptiles play in maintaining ecological balance. 

Prominent attendees included Elias Fernandes, vice president of the church committee; secretary Austin Monteiro; ICYM coordinator Roshan Monteiro; Neerumarga zone Congress president Walter D’Cunha; and ICYM president Wilson Pinto.
