Karkala, Aug 4: Parts of the Parashurama statue have been delivered near the police quarters of Karkala Police Station. The statue was offloaded by the police near the police quarters situated on the left side of Karkala Town Police Station.
The delivery of the statue parts was executed discreetly, evading the attention of the general public. CCTV footage captured the entire operation, showing the Parashurama statue under police surveillance.
The statue is currently being guarded by the police, who have covered it with a tarpaulin to prevent it from being seen. The authenticity of the statue, whether it is original or a replica, remains uncertain and is under investigation.
