Beltangady: Teenager injured in accident succumbs

Beltangady, Aug 18: A teenager who was seriously injured in an accident between a pickup truck and a bike on August 13 at Koyyur Malebettu in the taluk, succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Mangaluru on August 17.

The deceased has been identified as Jeeva Umesh (17), son of Umesh, a resident of Manjottu in Belalu village.

He is survived by his parents and brother.
