Mangaluru: Case filed for smoking on IndiGo flight

Mangaluru, Sep 2: A case has been filed at Bajpe police station against Mushadiq Hussain (24), a native of Manjeshwar, for smoking a cigarette on board a flight, violating safety instructions.

Mushadiq arrived at the city’s international airport via an IndiGo flight from Abu Dhabi on the evening of August 31.

Shortly before the flight landed at Mangaluru airport, it is alleged that Mushadiq smoked a cigarette in the aircraft's washroom.

The flight officials subsequently filed a case at Bajpe police station.
