Kundapur, Sep 5: A junior health inspector working at a Karnataka government's primary health centre has ended his life in a private lodge in Kundapur. The deceased has been identified as Prashanth (37) from Shivamogga.

Prashanth, who was married and had a young child, reportedly had issues with alcoholism. He was previously stationed at the Korgi Primary Health Center in Kundapur before being transferred to the Byndoor Community Health Centre.

He had frequently expressed feelings of mental distress and dissatisfaction with his life to his friends, who tried to offer support and advice.

On Thursday, September 5, Prashanth checked into a private lodge in Kundapur, where he was found dead under suspicious circumstances. It is suspected that he may have ingested a toxic substance.

The Kundapur police have registered a case and are currently investigating the matter.

For all those who are in pain or any kind of suffering please remember our Natural state the way we were born is full of Peace, Joy and Love, dont complicate it by thinking. Thinking is the root cause of all suffering. Thoughts give us positive feeling and thinking gives us anger, stress, fear and depression. Learn to differentiate between thought and thinking. Live in the Present, dont think of past and future. Its not words to be said but try to next time remember to live a Life free of Fear, Free of ego and Free of anger and last but not the least dont look for the answers with the external world for your own happiness, its just within you. Moment you stop thinking you will be able to handle every situation in life because your own gut feeling and intuition will make way for you. Loads of love
