Mangaluru, Sep 10: The prize distribution ceremony for the Sri Krishna Janmashtami Radhakrishna photo contest and the Independence Day online fancy dress competition, both organized by V K Furniture & Electronics Group, took place on Sunday at their Kallapu outlet.

Speaking at the event, Walter Nandalike, founder of Daijiworld media, remarked, "As the Chaturthi festival and Mother Mary's birthday often coincide, it reflects the unity within our society. V K Furniture's growth, with five outlets in a city like Mangaluru, is a remarkable achievement. Moreover, the company's provision of employment to 500 people demonstrates the humanitarian efforts of Vittal Kulal."

Nandalike added, "People trust only where there is a guarantee. This trust has led to a significant increase in V K Furniture's customer base. Marketing manager Nishant Raj welcomed the gathering, while journalist Chethan Pilikula compered the event. Winning children were awarded bicycles, reading tables, bookshelves, and other large gifts. Competitors from Udupi, Karkala, and Beltangady also participated and won prizes.
