Bharath at 26 has 12 cases on him. Ideal candidate, be it Hindu Muslim or Christian, to be debarred from Kudla. Such people are responsible for passing on the baton of rowdism to the next generation. When these people are responsible for nation building, they indulge in destroying the nation. This applies to the stone pelting that happened in Mandya as well.

Taking note of previous cases against the culprits, it appears that they are fed and reared for such purpose only. Better to look into their source of income and who is their provider.
