Delhi Metro Commuters Witness Train Heist by 'Players' Cast

Mumbai, Jan 3: The 'Players' team captured the attention of daily commuters at the Delhi Metro as they acted out an action sequence before the public as part of promotional acts of their movie ‘Players’.

Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh unlocked a vault on the metros. The team had organized an act of train heist much to the delight of the commuters. The actors also interacted with the media and fans after the promotional act.

Vikram Malhotra of Viacom18 Motion Pictures said, “Players has one of the most thrilling and elaborate train heist sequences ever seen in a Hindi film and we wanted to highlight this for the audience ahead of the film’s release. The stunts, the pace, the action of this sequence will blow peoples’ minds when they see it in Players on the big screen.”

The movie, which is an official remake of ‘The Italian Job’, is scheduled to hit big screens on January 6.
