Mumbai, Jan 4: Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapoor moving into their own nest? Fresh gossip speaks of Siddharth gifting Balan a luxurious sea-facing apartment in Juhu worth Rs 14 crore!

However, Vidya brushed aside the news calling it ‘just a rumour’. She said, “It’s just a gossip item, nothing more”. But of course, media persons are not to be fooled. Apparently, a property agent has confirmed the deal. Responding to this, Vidya said, “Well, it has definitely not been gifted to me. But I will have to make sure, or rather, hope he (Siddharth) hasn’t gifted it to someone else.”

So do we hear wedding bells ringing? Vidya says, “I haven’t set a deadline for it. You have your whole life to get married. I want to wed some day, but not just yet. I think we (she and Siddharth) will,  or let me speak for myself, I will know when I am ready for it. But at the moment, I know it’s still a long while away.”
