Silas Pre-university college, international school celebrate graduation day ceremony

Udupi, Feb 6: Silas Pre-University College and Silas International School celebrated the achievements of second PUC and tenth-grade students with a grand graduation ceremony.

Chief guest Rashmi Vijendra emphasized the importance of hard work, dedication, and continuous learning in achieving success.

Teacher Valita Lobo and students Anshel Sharun, Nithya S Adiga, Jensen Smith Danthi, and Fathima Zohara shared their experiences at the institution. Encouraging the students, parents Clarine Karen Fernandes and Celine Crasta extended good wishes. Dishan Bangera led the oath of allegiance.The transition of responsibilities to the new student leadership was conducted by outgoing leaders Dishan Bangera and Shrestha Santosh.

The event was graced by the presence of president R S Maben, vice - president Santosh Maben, trustees Rohini Maben and Sharlet Maben, and academic advisor Dr Rabbi Puthiran. Principal Jacinta D'Costa welcomed the attendees, and academic director Deirdra Maben took the stage offering words of wisdom and encouragement to the young graduates. The event was beautifully compered by Amrita, with a vote of thanks by principal Dr Annapoorna Rao.
