Mumbai, Jan 11: The latest buzz is that actress Neelam Kothari has been spreading gossip about an alleged love affair between Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra.

Sources say that Shah Rukh's wife, Gauri, is apprently very upset on the fact that Priyanka is very close to her husband. It is also learnt that this bit of information has also upset Piggy Chops herself.

Piggy Chops had reportedly learnt that the rumours were being spread by Neelam Kothari, who is also a good friend of Gauri. Sources also say that Priyanka had a discussion relating to the matter with her close friends, who inturn went and informed Neelam about it. Neelam then called up Priyanka to clarify matters. It is learnt that Priyanka lashed back at Neelam turning it into an ugly row.

On contacting Neelam, she said that none of it ever happened. She maitained the fact that Gauri is a good friend of hers. Also, Neelam added that she shares a good relationship with Priyanka Chopra.

Well, they say, there is no smoke without a fire. Makes one wonder why Neelam's name has been brought into the matter?
