Very sad .For many people a vehicle has become a status?and same time weapon .When they cant drive and no control over vehicle should let it be,instead of murdering some innocent people.Take a taxi.May her soul rest in peace.Did she have a licence at all? When she pays the money to family ,person will not come back .One cant buy a person with money.May the soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathies to her family.
