Mangaluru: CCB police arrest man with MDMA worth Rs 3.75 lac

Mangaluru, Mar 5: The Mangaluru CCB police have arrested a man for possessing MDMA.

The arrested has been identified as Mohammed Abdul Jaleel from Bengre. He was transporting MDMA in his autorickshaw, which he had brought via a parcel on a bus from Bengaluru.

A total of 75 grams of MDMA worth Rs 3.75 lac was seized, along with the autorickshaw and a mobile phone, bringing the total value of the seized items to Rs 5 lac.

The operation was carried out by CCB ACP Manoj Naik, inspector Rafeeq, PSI Sudeep, ASI Rama Poojary, and other CCB personnel.

    Nowadays more people are earning a lot of money than we or others by not working hard but with drugs.The arrested man will be set out after few days or with some money .Terrible.

    many people do drug peddling business in the guise of auto rickshaw ... auto-rickshaw is used to store and supply drugs to customers ... the person uses guise of auto rickshaw and auto rickshaw driver to hide the real business ... with the auto-rickshaw he can move any where and any time without raising suspicion among public or police ...
