St Aloysius University hosts session on women's self-employment and empowerment

Mangaluru, Mar 6: St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) school of arts and humanities department of postgraduate studies in journalism and mass communication collaboration with Shubhada Trust, organized a thought-provoking event titled 'Empowering Women, Empowering Future: A Session on Women's Self-Employment' on March 6, at the Shubhada Trust in Suralpady, Kinnikambla Post, Mangaluru.

Resource person, Disha C Shetty, assistant professor, AJ Institute of Engineering and Technology delivered a keynote address emphasizing the importance of independence, skill-based entrepreneurship, and effective communication. Her insightful remarks resonated deeply with the audience.

Addressing the gathering Sr Herita, head of the Shubhada Trust, congratulated the students and organizers on the successful event, and thanked them for contributing to a good cause.

Sowparnika K V, welcomed the gathering, while Kripa M G proposed the vote of thanks. Manish K Garodi compered the event.

The women from the trust, locality, students, and others actively participated in the discussions and engaged with resource person.
