Udupi, March 7: Traffic on NH 66 near the Karavali bypass was temporarily disrupted after a private bus travelling from Udupi to Brahmavar experienced a steering lock, causing a brief standstill in the area.
The sudden incident caused alarm among passengers aboard the bus and local residents. However, no injuries were reported. With the help of locals, the bus was quickly brought under control, allowing normal traffic flow to be restored.
The City Traffic Police arrived promptly to manage the situation and ensure smooth traffic movement in the area.
