Mumbai, Mar 9: Students from St Lawrence High School, Borivali West, participated in the highly engaging second session of the Ryan 21st Century Careers Bootcamp on March 6, led by career coach Rahul Bagwe. As a dynamic leader in corporate communications and an internationally certified career coach, Bagwe explored the rapidly evolving career landscape shaped by the fourth Industrial Revolution.
Students gained valuable insights into essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

The session also covered teenage brain development, decision-making processes, and strategies to become effective learners. Additionally, discussions included right-brain and left-brain development and their impact on learning and career choices.
Students were encouraged to write blogs, document their achievements, and create vision boards to enhance their personal and professional growth.
The bootcamp also highlighted the importance of engaging in extracurricular activities such as INMUN, Ryan Championships, and the World Scholar’s Cup, which can significantly enhance students' academic profiles and open doors to future opportunities.
