Bahrain, Mar 25: Carrom, a traditional tabletop game of Indian origin, has long been a favourite pastime in Kudla, with numerous clubs and cafés regularly hosting tournaments.

The game is widely enjoyed by families, including children, and is a staple at social functions. Following a series of outdoor games, the focus has now shifted to indoor competitions, beginning with the eagerly awaited Kudlothsava Carrom Tournament.

The event was coordinated by Murali Koppar and Lolakshi Rajaram, with 16 teams registering to compete for the specially designed Carrom trophies. After a series of intense matches, the winners were announced:

3rd Place: Poornima Jagdeesh & Alka Murali

2nd Place: Sachin Inamdar & Lolakshi Rajaram

Winners: Murali Koppar & Suraj Palled, who lifted the coveted trophy, adding yet another victory to Murali Koppar's esteemed Carrom career.

All the winners were presented with trophies and cash prizes in recognition of their achievements. Kudlothsava 2025 has been trending in Bahrain, with participants and supporters sharing headlines and updates about the event on social media, generating great excitement among the community.

Looking ahead, the next event to capture attention is the upcoming Mindicoat Tournament. Anand Lobo, president of KSC Bahrain and founder of Kudlothsava, expressed his gratitude to all the participants, supporters, sponsors, and volunteers who contributed to the success of the tournament.
