Udupi, Mar 28: A case has been registered against several individuals for creating a disturbance within the court premises.

Maya R, who serves as a shirastedar at the district sessions court, noticed a gathering of around 10 to 20 people in the court premises on the evening of March 27. Upon inquiry, they stated that they intended to meet the district and sessions court judge regarding the execution of a delivery warrant issued by the CJ and JMFC court.

Maya informed them that no one could meet the judge without prior permission. However, the group allegedly created a commotion in front of the court premises, disrupted proceedings, and caused unnecessary interference in court activities, creating an atmosphere of fear.

Following the incident, Maya filed a complaint with the city police station, leading to the registration of a case against those involved.
