Dubai, Apr 21: In a remarkable addition to Dubai’s vibrant culinary scene, Fortune Group of Hotels – a leading hotel chain in the Middle East and India – is all set to unveil its latest gastronomic venture, Boatman’s Hub at Dubai Grand Hotel by Fortune, Al Qusais. Promising a one-of-a-kind coastal seafood dining experience, the grand opening of this thematic restaurant is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
The inaugural ceremony will be graced by eminent personalities including Dr Ronald Colaco, renowned entrepreneur and philanthropist, Rita Rose, celebrated Goan singer and actress, and Sarvotham Shetty, president of Abu Dhabi Karnataka Sangha. Their presence will mark a significant milestone in the Fortune Group’s culinary journey.
Boatman’s Hub is inspired by the vibrant coastal cuisines of Mangalore, Goa, and Malvan, bringing together authentic regional flavours in a soulful, seaside-themed setting. Designed to transport guests straight to the coastline, the restaurant blends traditional décor with modern elegance and features live duet music performances every evening, offering a warm and immersive ambiance.
At the helm of the kitchen is award-winning celebrity Chef Sarita Chavan, specially flown in from Goa. Known for her bold and nuanced spice blends, Chef Sarita has curated a distinctive menu that highlights the depth and diversity of India’s western coastal cuisine.
