Mumbai, Apr 23: The Maharashtra government has arranged a special flight to bring back 83 tourists stranded in Srinagar following the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam. The flight, operated by Indigo, is scheduled to arrive in Mumbai on April 24. Additional arrangements are underway for another flight, with all expenses covered by the state government. Union MoS Murlidhar Mohol is overseeing the efforts.

Meanwhile, the BJP held rallies across various locations to protest the attack on tourists in Pahalgam. The Mumbai Minority Morcha organised a protest at the party's state office, condemning the attack. Protesters raised slogans such as 'Pakistan Murdabad' and 'Atankwad Murdabad', voicing support for Prime Minister Modi with placards saying, ‘Amitbhai aage badho, hum tumhare sath hain.’

Further protests were held in North Mumbai, where prominent BJP leaders, including MLAs Atul Bhatkhalkar, Yogesh Sagar, and Manisha Choudhary, took part. The protests reflected the public's anger over the attack and urged the central government to take swift action against terrorism.
