Mumbai, Jan 20: American talk show queen Oprah Winfrey's three Indian bodyguards have been arrested after their scuffle with journalists in the holy town of Vrindavan on Thursday January 19. But they were later on released after they wrote a letter of apology to the media persons.

The three men allegedly broke some video cameras when they tried to cover her visit to the town. This upset the media personnel, who later filed a complaint against them at the local police station. The police arrested and released them after they wrote a letter of apology to the media.

Oprah Winfrey is in India in connection with her new show 'Next Chapter'. Oprah filmed a documentary on widows and also took part in a 'bhajan' at the ashram situated in Patthar Pura earlier in the morning that day. The scuffle between her bodyguards and media persons happened later on, however, no injury was reported.
