Adu Dhabi, Apr 30: The ‘Year of community 2025’ campaign, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of UAE was officially supported by the India Social and Cultural Centre (ISC) in Abu Dhabi with a poster unveiling ceremony on April 20.
The poster was inaugurated by former president of India, Ram Nath Kovind. The event was attended by key dignitaries including Indian ambassador to the UAE H E Sunjay Sudhir, ISC president Jayaram Rai, general secretary Rajesh Sreedharan, ISC chairman and prominent businessman padmashri Dr Yusu Ali M A, ISC Patron governor K Muraleedharan, ISC managing committee members and in the presence of general governors of ISC, distinguished guests and fellow ISC members and families.
























In his address, Ram Nath Kovind appreciated the UAE’s initiative aimed at promoting togetherness and cultural harmony. He highlighted the significance of community-based e orts in enhancing social values and solidarity.
Dr Yusu Ali noted that the ISC has always played a key role in uniting communities and promoting cultural cooperation and assured full support for the ‘Year of community’ campaign.
Welcome address by Jayaram Rai M, president of the India Social and Cultural Centre (ISC), expressed that the ISC has long stood as a vibrant symbol of India’s Culture, unity and Community spirit in the UAE. The year of community is our commitment to promote harmony, social welfare and inclusive growth among all segments of our society.
The programme also featured cultural performances and received praise for fostering a spirit of unity and social responsibility.
