Siolim, Jun 7: Siolim MLA Delilah Lobo on Saturday conducted a site inspection of the ongoing roadside gutter construction near Ramdas Swami Math at Teen Maad – Sodiem. The project, aimed at tackling long-standing waterlogging issues, is being executed through the MLA Fund.

Lobo was accompanied by Sarpanch Deepa Pednekar and panchayat members of VP Sodiem-Siolim. The team assessed the progress and urged the contractors to maintain quality and complete the work within the stipulated time.

“This project is vital for improving infrastructure and living conditions in Siolim. We are committed to ensuring that such essential works directly benefit our people,” said MLA Lobo.

The initiative is expected to significantly improve drainage and road conditions in the area. Residents have welcomed the project, and the MLA’s active involvement reflects the administration’s focus on accountability and public welfare.
