United States, Aug 20: Renowned municipal court judge and viral TV star Frank Caprio passed away at the age of 88 after a prolonged battle with pancreatic cancer. His death was confirmed on his official social media platforms, stating that he “passed away peacefully … after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.”
Caprio—celebrated for his empathy, warmth, and humanity—rose to international acclaim through his courtroom-based reality series Caught in Providence, which aired between 2018 and 2020 and earned multiple Daytime Emmy nominations.
